You can include members of your downline to receive shares if they reach a certain target each month, ie if they reach the rank of EA, EA2, or any of the Team Leader ranks. Competition is always an impetus for people to succeed, so if there is also something on offer if they reach or surpass their goals then that is the incentive for them to become more involved.
