Advertising for a specific group:
1. Physically approach the target group face-to-face or giving out some SFI cards etc.
2. Place flyers in very close proximity to where they can been seen by the target groups eg on notice boards in community centers, libraries, social welfare office etc.
3. Advertise on sites or media that allows you to choose your target group by country, profession, affiliation etc
4. You may set up a fan page or a business page related on any social network site and use it exclusively to reach your target group.
5. Organising meetings, seminars, webinars etc, inviting your specific target group to participate are very effective to reach them.
6. Seek out your target and make an after signup offer in your ad like giving them a free website, landing page, including them in your co-op, a personalised domain etc, to assist them in building their businesses.
To conclude, let me add that selling is telling, so you need to tell it very well to be able to apply some of the above methods and also be determined to accept failure as a learning curve, instead of giving up.
