How do you get your affiliates to become SERIOUS business builders in SFI?
I would imagine this question probably ranks in the top ten for anyone with a down line.
The simple truth is....you can’t!
As the saying goes, “You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink.”
The most each of us can do as a business leader is to present to our Team, the wonderful opportunity that SFI represents.
But ultimately it’s up to the Affiliate whether they make something of it or not.
We cannot force him or her to take advantage of it.
What we can do and what we must do is to be relentless in our search for our ‘Fab Five’ https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics3Steps by:
1. constantly improving and refining our message about SFI to those around us in our
social circles
2. constantly building and improving the scope of our global reach via
a. our Landing Pages, Blogs, Websites
b. our social media network on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
c. lead Generation through email marketing and the use of Traffic Exchanges and
Safe Lists
d. paid and free online advertising
e. Pay- Per- Click (PPC) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
In conclusion, the success of the Leadership Challenge https://www.sfimg.com/LeadershipChallenge since its introduction and the emergence of our Diamond Team Leaders (DTL) http://news.sfimg.com/2015/01/01/new-for-2015-diamond-team-leader/ are proof positive (as is your STL Rank and Leadership Challenge Badge) that SERIOUS business builders are not a myth!
Whether they are at our workplace or are our neighbour next door; whether they’re on the other side of the globe in a different time zone speaking another language or ‘sleepers’ in our very own down line, they are out there, ready to make their mark in SFI.
