From my own experience, it is tempting to race through the big VP items on the first day and find yourself a Team Leader. I made STL but the problem came in the following month when I struggled to keep the rank.
I believe that it is wise to guide your new PSAs to work on getting to know the business in their first month or so. Having said that they must be made aware of the requirements of EA ranking.
Building Knowledge is far more important than getting quick bucks. How you convey that to them is up to each sponsor but it must be done in a way that shows a pathway to success. The old adage..Slow ad steady wins the race..comes to mind
