Anyone can became a team leader fast, without a team, by purchasing on Tripleclicks, set up an SO, etc. But if he/she do that without a serious knowledge about SFI and Tripleclicks, how he/she an be a team leader??? The name says TEAM LEADER. Can anyone lead a team without basic knowledge?
This is like, you are working in a company for 10 years or more. You have some serious experience. Then come someone with no experience (or a very little) and the management set him up for a boss. Is he capable to lead you and the rest of your collegues? I don't think so.
A leader MUST have an experience to LEAD others, who join the business later.
Just think about it: a new PSA (or CSA) ask his sponsor/upline about some issue. If the sponsor/upline is not qualified/experienced enough in SFI, how can he help him?!
So my opinion is, that new PSA-s have to move on slowly, learn the Basics of SFI very well, the Start tab and the Launchpad is also very important.
The essence of this business is, that you have to LEARN and LEARN in first month or two, to became a successful Team Leader, and to have successful downline.
