I think definitely not - do not advise them to slow down. You want to advise your PSA's to do what you do.
Think of it this way:
Why do you want to be a Team Leader? Why is it beneficial for you?
- The biggest reason of course is the matching VP on all PSA's and CSA's that are EA2.
- On top of that, you get additional CSA's - because team leaders get shares of second-home CSA's each month. As a team leader, you'll get matching VP on those CSA's PLUS the co-sponsor commission from any purchases they make...
So it's a great benefit to being team leader and I advise encouraging your PSA's to reach that level for the 2 reasons above. If only all realized the benefit of being a team leader, you would have multiple team leaders in your downline!
Let's be honest. It will take A LOT of direct commissions to make a significant income in this business. Being a team leader is where you benefit from the power of duplication - through the matching VP. I like to advise my PSA's that the best way to create a significant income through SFI is by being a Team Leader - and I actually provide incentives for them to consider doing so.
