I think a very good way to inspire your team would be to have them really look at the growth tab every day, write down the names of the top enrollers, AND the number of signups they brought in that day. Have them track it for a week or two.
Then explain to your team about the executive pool and shares thereof. The activities of everyone's downlines goes a loonng way towards boosting their own VPs, helping them attain higher ranks. Everyone's activities affect uplines, and eventually their new affiliates will help them create downlines, VPs, and rank.... In other words, SUCCESS!
