As a new affiliate, he/she needs to do these six important things. Without doing these things, the affiliate will not get a clear picture about his/her purpose of joining SFI, thus this will demotivate him/her.
i. Read the history of SFI and TripleClicks. Knowing SFI and its twin brother, TripleClicks, is part and parcel of every one’s being with SFI. To know SFI and TripleClicks is to love them both. A feeling of love and belonging to your organization will drive further interest and commitment.
ii. Know his/her seven levels of team leaders and co sponsor. The new affiliate should read his/her team leaders’ Leadership Pages and browse through different badges received by these team leaders so that this affiliate will realize who his/her leaders actually are. By reading leaders’ welcome letters and blogs, the affiliate will get some tips and tools to use and to apply. Hopefully, the affiliate will deliver the goods once he/she understands what has been done by the leaders.
iii. Login SFI daily and complete To Do Lists for daily, weekly and monthly actions and at the same time collecting VPs. The affiliate also must try as best as he/she can to complete one-time tasks to accumulate even more VPs to get to a rank of an Executive Affiliate. For example, create a TripleClicks Avatar which carries 15 VPs.
At this stage, the affiliate will surely learn a lot about SFI, TripleClicks and internet business because to complete all tasks require some readings and some skills.
iv. Read and understand gists of 30 series of LaunchPads lessons. The affiliate will acquire some more tips and knowledge to be followed by. By answering each question at the end of each LaunchPad correctly, the affiliate will get 15 VPs.
v. Ask questions to oneself. The questions should cover 6 Wh-questions. They are Who, What, Why, When, Where and How. For example, Who should I contact to? What must I do next? Where is to advertise to get new signups? Why do I need to login daily? The lists can go on and on. It’s better for the affiliate to explore by themselves to get the answers. Suitable places are SFI Forum, Ask SC and FAQs sections. Only for the difficult parts then he/she can consult the leaders.
vi. Duplicate the leaders by following basics of SFI. Actually his/her leaders have been following these basics from the beginning of their signups.

A proof of achievements has been shown by the leaders and thus duplication is a key to success. By duplicating, hopefully it will be plain sailing for newbies.
