The best strategy is to motivate them to copy your work in SFI. With that, they will see that they can really trust you and that you want the best for them too. Be a good example, earn VP-explain them how you do it, organize well your marketing methods, consult with them often, help if needed. And the most important of all - Teach them how to acumulate new active members and treat them the same way as you did when they themselfs joined SFI.
