I would suggest that one of the most important things for them to do is, to follow the platform that is already set up in place when one first joins SFI and that would be, to understand the Basics of SFI and TripleClicks, by doing the following:
1. Click on the grey Start button and watch the SFI Getting Started video

2. Click on the blue Basics button and read the whole page and click on all of the links within the page

3. Click on the green LaunchPad button and begin to read each lesson daily

4. Provide information about becoming a Fast Track Member

I also think that it is important for your new PSA to know that you, their Sponsor, is there for them and to not worry about asking any types of questions that they might have while learning.
I don't think that you would want to overwhelm them with a lot of information at first. Once they begin and start learning, the rest will all fall into place.
