In my opinion and my experience since I have joined SFI I have found that the most important thing to do when you join is:-
1. Take time to know what are you joining? Do research on SFI
2. Ask questions like, is it a quick getting rich scheme? Get to know the methods SFI is using for you to benefit
3. Why have I joined? Identify the objective and aim for joining this business. i. out of curiosity, you want liberation in your financial state, you were just testing waters or? etc.
Once you can answer the above questions you are then set to work in the business. But how?
a) Commit yourself to the business:-
1. By putting clear goals;
2. By putting time;
3. By putting some form of resources/investment/budget
b) Learn
1. Study the ropes of SFI business
2. Go through the many training resources made available by SFI
3. Make use of your sponsor (contact your sponsor for questions and things you do not understand)
c) Patience
1. It is said that patience is the mother of success. Do not rush through the information, understand it so that you can apply it.
2. Read! Read! Do not limit yourself in reading SFI information only, but be the forum reader, ASC ask community, read how other successful entrepeneur have made to be where they are? Learn from others who have been down that road and popped out on the other side- successful, empowered, and matured as human beings.
d) Work hard
1. Success does not come easy, you have to put your all, some time as you work you fail but do not despair try harder until you see the positive results. My favorite saying goes like this "What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the master calls a butterfly.-Richard Bach
e) Persevere
Keep a positive attitude and persevere, for perseverance is virtue.
f) Invest
Have a monthly budget that you can afford to invest in your business for without investment you cannot go any further, this I learned the hard way. It is said that to have money you must put it money.
I guess there is a lot one can say in this topic but I think this will assist together with the SFI resources like basics, start up, launch pad etc
