Some of the factors which can help the affiliates to become serious business builders in SFI are:
1. Achievements:
Your badges are the reflection of your achievements. The more, you have on your Home Page, the more the affiliates will be inspired.
2. Performance:
Your performance matters most for your affiliates to follow suit. Just imagine - you are just an EA for 3-5 months and you expect your affiliates to become a Team Leader quickly. Will it inspire your affiliate to become serious?
3. Communication:
Regular and consistent communication with the affiliates will help. The letters should provide qualitative inputs which should arouse deep interest in their minds to become serious and do better.
4. Sincerity:
What ever you do, what ever you speak should reflect your sincere concern for your affiliate's growth and success.
5. Approach:
Your approach should be genuine, honest and should reflect your open mindedness. On the other hand, if the affiliates suspect your approach to be " commercial" they will not listen to you.
6. Building Trust:
Our affiliates are also " Independent Contractors" like us - the Sponsors - as for as SFI business is concerned. They too are here to learn, understand and grow. Our aim should be to build good bonding based on mutual trust and respect. If we do, the affiliates will be more serious SFI business builders.
7. Help to grow:
We should help them read and understand the SFI Rules of Success; Make them read SFI Basics, LaunchPad and other Training materials including visit to Forum regularly. When they are able to strengthen their foundation, they will become serious business builders.
8. Investment:
Finally, wherever possible, we should help them to minimize their expenditures & stick to their budget to build their business. We can provide them adequate information on: Ads. in free sites, social media, PTC sites, S-Builder Co-Op, PSAs to Go, etc. Once they realize the need to have a strong and active team, they will understand all these in the right earnest and will become serious business builders.
Conclusion:
My understanding of SFI business is:
- Together. we can grow.
- Together, we can achieve.
- Together, we can succeed.
- When we exhibit " Togetherness", I conclude that all our affiliates will become
Serious business builders in SFI!!!
