Never - Because whatever progress is achieved by a PSA will also be affected in the progress record of his Team Leader. This is a duplicating work as well as a give & take process. So, an up-line should always inspire and motivate to his down-line and advise them to achieve more benefits as much as they can.
As and when a PSA attached to an Upline, he should immediately acknowledge him by a Greeting Letter. Secondly, the upline should write to the PSA through TSA / CSA Team Mail and explain them all the required parameters to become successful in SFI. Atleast twice in a week , reminders to be sent to the downlines.
