Why will you think like that.........?,no way don't discourage them at all.You are to help them excel.Please if you have done do call them back in order again.Being a Team leader is the best thing that can happen to anyone in SFI because that is a lot to benefit from it.
If you happen to sponsor someone that is so very serious that within one day or two he or she will become a team leader you are made indeed.So being a new affiliate do not stop anyone from becoming a Team leader.
