+ The most IMPORTANT thing to be doing is LEADING BY EXAMPLE. Do not expect your team members to do something you are not already doing yourself. Remember? DUPLICATION IS THE KEY!
+ Helping your team members by setting up a Coop and sponsoring team members for them can be a big boost to their belief in YOU and SFI. Of course, be choosy who you do this for. They should be EA2 at least. You may also have to invest some of your own funds in the coop advertising but, with a stronger team your investment will be returned to you in the future.
+ Constant COMMUNICATION is a MUST. If you go quiet on your team members they will wonder at your commitment to them and to your SFI business. An actively supporting and communicating sponsor will have more SERIOUS business builders in their team than a quiet, unresponsive sponsor.
+ Ensure your team members KNOW HOW to build their SFI business. Assuming they understand is a mistake many of us make or have made in the past, including myself. Take a look through the Launchpad lessons at regular intervals (say every 3rd month) to remind yourself what a team members sees when they first join SFI.
+ ASK your team members if they need help, do not wait until they come to you. Asking them shows you care about THEM, even if you do earn from their actions. Even if they do not respond you may sow the seed of hope.
+ Finally be HONEST, FRIENDLY and RESPECTFUL. Your team members are REAL PEOPLE wanting REAL SUCCESS.
