One of the main ingredients of getting your affiliates serious about building their SFI and TripleClicks business is to be a great example that they can follow.
I personally believe that we sponsors need to do is relax a little on trying to get our new affiliates to commit to being a “serious” business builder.
We need to give our new teammates time to work into the “serious” mode of doing business. As an example; when I first started SFI I had just finished getting fleeced from a couple different marketing programs so I was taking steps forward with extreme caution. I did not feel that I could “commit” to being serious until after a period of 6 months.
By the time I was ready to go for it (so to speak) I knew what it would take and I started acting on it. This was quite a surprise to my sponsor – who, by the way, never pushed me to advance before I was ready.
I have found that the best way to getting my teammates to be serious about building their home business is through the weekly newsletters and the stream post. You also can post articles in your SFI blog and direct your affiliates to read the blogs for information on building their business.
The need to be serious over their business will be a personal decision that they must make and they will decide that when the timing is right for them. Pushing or nudging your teammates may just delay things or upset them enough to opt out.
Teach by example – Give advice only when asked – Be an awesome sponsor.
