There is no amount of motivation that will make your downline spend money to maintain their status monthly if they are not convinced that they need to do that for the growth of their own business first.
If they see you pushing for them to attain EA so that you can reap from their effort, they may be discouraged. Remember, most of them have never earn a dime and are still hoping.
All you need to do is to keep encouraging your MOVERS to be consistent in working toward a steady growth like babies still suckling. When they are weaned, they will not even remember that someone somewhere is benefiting from their effort.
When they attain a team leader status, I can assure you that you will scarcely have to push them to do anything. They will understand that they are in SFI for themselves and not for anyone else.
A very good test however, is to find out how many of your downlines have a consistent Standing Order for more than two months in a row.
You can concentrate on them and give them all the support they require. They are your prospective Team Leaders.
Also, your own status monthly will be viewed by your downline. They may want to see how much VPs you make through purchases too.
Leadership must be by example. Your own Standing Order must be like a Northern Star (Constant).
Finally, establish a better relationship with your downline outside the -Mailers (Genealogy Mailer, PSA & CSA Mailer) and advance to social media, direct mail and possibly phone contact. When you win their confidence, they will do better.
Remember all SFI Leader are invincible staff. If your team members trust you, they trust SFI and if you fail them, SFI has failed them.
Good Luck
