Your downline is a captive market even if they are not connect with your ECA store as yet. They know you and hopefully trust you and are interested in what you have in your store.
Tell your downline about your ECA and invite them to have a look and to purchase what they want. At the same time encourage them to open up a store of their own and offer whatever help you can give to set up their store.
Promote ECAs to your downline explaining to them the benefits of becoming an ECA and giving your store as an example.
How you run your store should also be an example to them. If they are not interested in having a store of their own hopefully they will want to purchase from you and sell your products by promoting your store.
For this to happen - the goods and services at your store must be attractive and sort after and of the highest quality - offer free shipping whenever possible – provide excellent customer service.
On top of this, promote your store and any discounted products you have to all the other affiliates including your team members.
Do not overwhelm your affiliates with your ECA related mails or they will likely turn away from you and SFI. Remember your primary role to your team is to be their sponsor. Focus on sponsoring and not dumping down on them promoting your store.
