I assume you are asking about your own store, since
you are an ECA associate.
First you have to know their desire what they wanted
to do in their business.Not everyone has an interest
to be a merchant.
Even if they do I don’t think it is right to market
your items to your down lines,It is not any difference
than pushing someone to have a standing order, when
They are not ready to take that step yet.
All what you need to do is, find their niche. And if
you find out that they want to be an ECA like you,
Tell them that you are an ECA associate and willing
to teach them the in and out of the business , without
asking them to market or purchase your products.
If they have a need to your product , they will get it
on their own Term.
