Good question, first of all we must be comfort with TripleClicks and ECAs products, so far that we have to visit TC every day. The product you want to promote in your downline or you want to sell those products. We ourselves should try to sell those products, and the marketing and advertising strategy we apply and found the expected result must be transferred them perfectly. If you are an ECA then you must tell them why your product is competitive, qualitative and the service you provide is trustworthy.
The affiliates either in your downline or from other downline are interested in selling, promoting your products; working as a sales and marketing personnel/manager, he must be updated with all the facts regarding shipment, the most worrying part of selling.
When an affiliate success in sales of products of any ECA must be respond immediately with shipment product (Tracking No. ,Date of Shipment, Expected date of delivery) and the carrier service.
The main part of the answer is removing the fear of the affiliate that the commitment will be fulfilled successfully. On your part, they will never be disappointed in front of their PRM or customers.
If you maintain faith in your down line or other affiliates, your sales do miracle and if the experience go bad, will not discontinue with but also get fear to promote other ECAs and even TC's products.
