When ever we introduce people to SFI we should preferably use our JMT Gate Way. It provides all the information on:
1. SFI/TripleClicks back ground;
2. Our position;
3. Our Performance;
4. Our Achievements - through Badges;
5. Why we love SFI?;
6. What Others say about SFI?;
7. Opportunities available to earn commission, etc, etc.
Once they join SFI, as Sponsors, our job basically is to make them Read and Understand SFI Basics, LaunchPad Lessons, etc. When they seek clarifications we should be able to provide sincere, honest and adequate explanations so that they will be satisfied.
It will be easier for the new sign ups to gather 1500VP during the first 2 months and become EA. Its from the 3rd month that they will be forced to invest some money in this business.
As Sponsors, we should explain to them:
1. Why its necessary to gather 1500 VPs and become EA every month;
2. How gathering more VPs will help them to become BTL and so on;
3. What are all the benefits by becoming an EA or TL?
4. Why Down lines should be created?
5. Significance of having a Strong and Active Team consistently?
6. How placing a SO will help?
7. How to have Planned and efficient investment every month to earn VP?
When these are explained with lot of honesty and sincerity certainly the down lines will be convinced. We should help them to minimize their expenditure every month. We should make them understand to take part in Games, Auctions, Zackpot, T-Time Draw, Daily Grand, Spin and Win, etc.
When they feel our good and honest approach to support them to grow and succeed, they will be prepared to listen to us continuously and will not hesitate to act on what we said.
We need to develop such a long lasting bonding and rapport with our Team.
Conclusion:
As Sponsors, when we make our Team Members understand our genuine and heart felt concern for their growth and continuous success, I am sure, all will be fine and every one will grow.
Together we can grow & Together we can enjoy the fruits of our efforts!! Onus is always on us - the Sponsors & Co-Sponsors - to demonstrate this spirit!!
