This is an interesting question!
It actually borders on the age-long Management axiom : "Leadership by Example".
You see, naturally, people who are led normally follow their leader. Whatever they see the leader does, they attempt to copy.
So, if you really want your downlines to spend money monthly to maintain EA status, you should first "take the bull by the horn". And when they see that month-in, month-out, you are always having the status EA, it becomes much easier for you to tell them to do the same; and honestly, they will comply.
And just with that singular action of yours, your SFI Business will have a positive turn-around-time (TAT). Ditto for your monthly commissions: they will also increase/improve tremendously.
