Recruiting serious affiliates is what we all desire and while what we tell them is important, but where we get them is also critical. However, in order not to digress from the topic, I will attempt to highlight what has worked for me based on my experience recruiting serious affiliates:
1. Be very frank and honest when discussing the opportunity in SFI because one of the reasons some affiliates are inactive is because what they see when they join is different from what they were told as prospects.
2. Tell them we have various ways to earn income and that our activities are not necessarily monolithic in nature, so individuals have choices when it comes to areas of this business they are interested in.
3. Tell them that investment is not a requirement, but that the decision to invest is their prerogative, so they are at liberty to make investment decisions. This will encourage them to come in with open minds to see things for themselves.
4. Tell them we do not have bosses looking over their shoulders, but rather they are their own bosses, who work at their on pace and time of their choosing. This promotes a sense of freedom and independence many serious prospects crave.
5. Tell them they don't have to spend all their time if they do not want to because this system is about quality time and not quantity time, thereby preparing them to have the believe that we are not time wasters.
6. Tell them we offer free resources and materials, including real time assistance that will help them build a successful business here, so that the prospect is aware that he/she is not being led into an abyss where the potential of survival is remote. You see serious people appreciate sense of hope and ability to succeed.
7. Let them know that you are successful and that you will be available to guide and assist them to be equally successful because serious people like identifying with successful people.
8. Where possible, you can organise an event where you may need to introduce your prospects to SFI website, which is very simple and attractive and since seeing is believing, you will then tell them that what they see is what it is and nothing more.
9. It is always professional when you meet people face-to-face to encourage them to ask questions if any after you have done your promotion, the exchange gives an indication of how serious a prospect is or may potentially turn an unwilling person into a serious affiliate.
10. Finally, do not take any thing for granted, be very professional and maintain a high level of integrity when telling prospects about SFI because this has the potential effects to be taken seriously and to also signup serious affiliates in return.
