Glossary definition: My To-Do List

The above glossary definition appears vague and capable of being misconstrued, to mean that all they need do to maximise commission is to click away the actions and earn some minimum of 11 VP daily, so in most cases we have affiliates asking what to do next after completing their daily To Do List actions in maybe 15 minutes and this is where you come in by:
1. Guiding and assisting them to understand that to become really successful here requires more than just clicking away the To Do List actions, but that there are other information on that List that do not necessarily required clicking to earn a VP, that are very pertinent to helping them build a successful business.
2. Highlighting some of these information and directing them on how to access them, either by informing them to always click on the 'More/Less' button in blue colour for more or less info on specific actions on the To Do List (TDL) or sending the direct url to your team members. I am referring to actions like sponsoring and duplication, sales, TC and ECA referrals, including SFIPPA. Apart from SFIPPA, info and materials on how to pursue other income generating activities are in the TDL but most affiliates are either not aware or simply ignore them.
3. Making continuous and consistent efforts to educate your team on the benefits of engaging in each of these income generating activities, rather than just guiding them to where they can access the info may be more convincing, appealing and encouraging to them.
4. In whatever you do to assist your team, thrive to be a good example and use yourself as a testimonial of success, by linking your success to your ability to engage in other activities and encourage them to duplicate your efforts.
5. Encouraging your team to participate in the Forum and engage with the Ask SC in order to improve their knowledge and understanding of the necessity of engaging in other various activities and to not be perpetually tied to the apron strings of the TDL. You may also need to get used to sending them urls of pertinent for forum threads and Ask SC answers.
In conclusion, the TDL itself is not a bad thing because it contains a lot of information necessary to help us build our business, but the problem is that some affiliates are carried away by the daily min of 11 VP and loose track of other very useful info contained in it.
My recommendation is that the TDL should incorporate the Compensation Plan and the Benefit Chart, so that affiliates will appreciate the usefulness of the info they ignore on the TDL, assuming they will not also be clicking these away without reading them.
