1. You are not responsible for those below your first level (front line PSAs).
2. You work with (the workers) your active PSAs on your first level and your CSAs.
3. You teach them how to grow and lead their active teams. If you are leading as an awesome sponsor your active team will follow your lead and example.
4. The active PSAs in Levels 6 - 12 have the option of contacting you and following you in the Forum.
5. If your front line PSAs are maintaining EA2 with Fast Track or a Team Leader then you should setup a Co-op and offer them FREE participation so long as they maintain a specified level of status. If not remove them until they come back.
6. Sources of communication are seemingly endless in this information age. We have several option to keep the lines of communication open within SFI and outside SFI.
7. If you have done an excellent job training and leading your front line PSAs it then becomes their responsibility to follow suite right on down the line. I will call it "the power of duplication in action."
8. Keep it simple and don't make things more complicated than it is. This is a real business with real people that requires real action from you to make it happen.
