It is better if you can maintain a separate Folder for your downline with all the details and their query - It will makes you up to date about them when you communicate with them.
Last of all, as per my experience and knowledge - Active downline didn't need any extra care, they always contact their upline if the upline has the all eligibility to call as upline. So, it's better for every upline to react correctly with their downline with inspirational word + kind heart + helpful hands + awesome ideas - that's all for maintain the active downline.
