While it os great to have a large downline, especially an active one, there is only so much that you can do. If you want to have a close, personal relationship with all of your workers, you are going to find that you have little time to enjoy the fruits of your labour. Fortunately, SFI has a great way to ensure that your downline is well serviced and you have some free time.
The initial aim is to build a team 3 to 5 strong. Servicing this many affiliates properly is going to take you quite some time. If you get any more actice workers, you can redistribute them to your 5 active team members. This has a two way benefit.
1. it helps and encourages your downline to build their own team
2. It means that you have more time to work with your downline, knowing that the redistributed affiliate is still getting the help they need to grow their own business.
You will still benefit from the actions of those you redistribute as they remain in your downline.
When your main team is up and running they will require less of your time and so you can begin again to build a second team of five. Teaching your downline to follow this method will ensure the quickest path to a strong and active team without taking all your valuable time.
