Wow, what a good position to be in. Every Team Leaders dream. But yes it can be daunting. I will suggest you do the following:
Choose your most active and successful PSA’s in your first line. ( If you have 5 you can do very well in SFI. If more even better, but with only 5 it already can be a full-time job.) Ask them if you can reassign some of your other PSA’s to them to sponsor them properly, especially if they don’t have a lot themselves. Then contact the PSA’s you want to reassign and ask them as well if you can reassign them to your best first-line PSA’s and explain to them that their new sponsor may be able to sponsor them better. Maybe they are from the same country and speak the same language. Then reassign them and ask their new sponsor to look after them.
Then be the best sponsor to those top PSA’s left on your team. Help them where ever you can. Use all the tools to your disposal to be an awesome sponsor, like Live Chat, PSA Mailer, Stream Post, Newsletters, Leadership Page, Social Media, Email, Skype, Phone-calls, Sms’s, etc. Teach and help them to duplicate your efforts, to do what you do. To build their own down-lines the same way you are doing it. That way you are actually building your own down-line through them and they are doing the sponsoring for you further down the line.
If and when they can stand on their own feet, start all over again getting new PSA’s in your first line and doing the first with them as before. Do it over and over again and you will build a huge down-line with your first-line helping you to sponsor your team. That way everyone get the personalized attention they deserve.
