It is my personal opinion that you cannot attend personally to all your affiliates. As we know, many affiliates are inactive, and many will not become active. That's just a fact.
What we can do is attend to those who show some interest in building their SFI business. It has been my experience that they are, in general, open to suggestions and to our help as team leaders. So, we need to focus on helping those who want our help. We need to be positive and helpful. Avoid being critical in any way. They need our help, not our criticism. Positive energy does much more than negative energy to grow their business and yours. So, keep it positive and uplifting. Tell them the truth, show integrity, and compassion. Many are struggling to make a few dollars with SFI. We can help them do that. Offer videos on working the "To Do List". This is very important. Stress to them the importance of visiting the SFI site every day. Offer incentives such as T-credits or gift certificates as small rewards for a job well done. It will go a long way to letting them know that you truly care about their success. Remember, we are all one.
