The simple answer to your question is..You can't". Affiliate marketing statistics show that only around 2 percent of those who join will go on to make a success of the business. That means there are only going to be 2 active affiliates in every 100 you recruit. If you just want to recruit the good ones you will run the risk if missing them. Better to recruit widely and work with the ones who show they are active. i.e they will be in your movers tab every day.
Don't give up on the inactive ones tho...Keep them in the loop with your Group Mailers. You never know when a message from you will inspire someone to take another look..
As to what to tell them... Just invite their questions and provide support to the ones who ask. Give useful tips and highlight topics that may assist them. Let them know that you are there regularly and the ones who will want to work will appreciate your input.
