Whenever you have affiliates that have joined and are at least doing their to do list it is a start. It shows they are at least serious about their SFI business enough to sign on everyday to work their To-Do list, however they may not have the funds to make the Standing Order yet.
So, what you want to do is encourage them to keep up their good work and try to find out what their concerns are about starting a 'S.O.', or maybe they aren't working, or like most people, they are on a tight budget. Whatever the reason, educate them on different ways to start off slow, then continue to build towards that ability to set up their Standing order.
Advise them that once their S.O. is set up, they will get their EA status every month, which gets them to the level where things really begin to happen, as well as to start making income with SFI. Always give them positive feedback and encouragement and just let them know you are there for them.
This is the best advice I can give you, and it's from experience. So good luck with your team.
