I have a personal rule her: DO NOT SPONSOR TOO MUCH AFFILIATES AT ONE TIME!
Why? When affiliates just join, they need your "hands on attention" to guide them through their training. Once the get in the second and thirt month, they will need you again, because they are "dead in the water" if they do not have a downline by this time or any money to invest.
By month 4, they are out of your hands, an except for Team messages and answering their questions (if any), they are on their own.
Further to this: When your Team get too large, reassign some of your new members to your top movers in the same country. (E.g: If you have a PSA in Italy that are doing very well, and you can not speak Italian... rather reassingn new PSA's from Italy to that specific PSA).
This is a good way of sponsoring, and you will give the new Affiliate a much better opportunity to be successful.
