Depending on the length of time Affiliates are in the SFI business, motivating them to do other activities apart from doing the Daily To-Do list should be our major concern. We cannot help them grow if all they do is earn 11 VPs a day.
Perhaps they're not aware of productive activities we need to do to succeed in SFI, so it's up to us to show them the way.
If the Affiliate is still new, they may find that doing the Daily To-Do list is the easiest part of the business, apart from completing all the other actions, like Getting Started, Intermediate and LaunchPad.
If the Affiliate has been in SFI for a number of months and not showing much activities, then we need to check their VP Ledgers to see where we can help.
Holding a small contest and awarding Gift Certificate or TCredit to those who participate in the Forum, for instance; or reassigning PSAs or giving them a free share in your co-op if they participate in all SFI activities and be in the running for the E365 Contest, earning more VPs and becoming EA.
Sharing tips and hints on how to win Eager Zebra games, bidding and the excitement of winning at Pricebender auctions , plus earning VPs, MRPs, TCredits at Flash Drawing, and PSAs in Bid & Build may also encourage them to try their their luck.
I think asking them what their expectations are may give you the clue of what sort of activities to suggest that will motivate them to do more than just clicking the red tabs daily.
