At the moment, I don't have a large active downline, so managing and providing personalised attention to everyone is not a problem.
By active this includes a dozen who are permanently on my Movers list and those who have recently joined my team and are already showing activity by logging in daily and earning their daily VP and so become part of my Movers list which is now over 90.
With just over 2500 PSAs and CSAs, many are inactive and a few more have been red-flagged, a few have opted out, so actually I have a very small group to manage. This is where my shares in S-Builder and PSAs To Go help in ensuring a steady supply of new PSAs.
It's quite easy to provide assistance to the remaining few then, and I can personalise my support and help.
By checking my Genealogy, I can monitor each of my active Mover's progress. By looking at each VP Ledgers, it will show where they need help and direction, or advice. Sometimes they would send Team Mails to ask for guidance or clarify something. If they're on-line I would engage them in a little chat. Some would send a comment on social media. This is very helpful to me and to them as it shows our teamwork is working. There is rapport, trust, and friendship and it makes working with them a harmonious and happy one which is very important for business growth.
For every milestones they achieved, becoming EA, EA2 and above, and if they had won a prize from Daily Grand Drawing or any contests I would send Congrats E-Card, and other forms of recognition.
Sending an appropriate E-Card, like Quick Tips; Here to Help; or if they have not logged in for a few days- I would send a "Looking For You" E-Card to let them know I'm missing them and to find out if they're OK.
This is in addition to the weekly messages I sent to all. A simple tutorial of the SFI procedures is also provided to those who have become EAs and above to help them prepare as team leaders. This is important for duplication.
Part of training them for their personal growth is also to encourage them to visit the Forum and be part of it. Most are still shy, but given time, I hope to see them participate and become actively involved.
I also treat this period as a training for my own personal development and growth. As providing personalised attention to my group becomes a habit, it will then become second nature and will prepare me for a bigger role and bigger responsilities when my group grows to 100k or more. Hopefully, by then I will also have trained more productive, efficient and effective team leaders. And so the cycle continues.
