But remember not to push on purchasing yet. Instead teach them to do advertising. They can advertise SFI to start building a team. Or they can advertise TC products and start getting commissions almost immediately when someone buys anything!
The trick is to get them excited about earning something by doing a simple action. They have done the simplest action of To-Do List. Now the next up is the advertising. Teach them that it is not as daunting as it sounds. Try online advertising first if they are a bit shy with face to face. Teach, teach and teach. Don't do it for them. Teach them instead.
I have a website where I put the step by step actions for my team. And whenever I get questions from my team, I update the website to ensure they always have a place to refer in case I am not available.
