Logging in to your SFI homepage and performing the To-Do list daily is an important part of your SFI business routine. It’s essential that each of the items you’re going to collect action VP listed on the To-Do list should be read and understood. Don’t just click the blue button without reading and understanding for the sake of collecting AVP (action VP). Collecting AVPs every month is a requirement to maintain or moving up your rank, but understanding why you’re doing it is important for your SFI business.
Now to your next question, how can you motivate others (your downline or other SFI affiliates) to do other activities? Consider the following points:
- When you think about motivating other affiliates to do other activities, you’re asking them to increase their level of performance. What’s the reason for doing “other activities”?
- Put your feet in their shoes, is what you’re asking them to do, is what they want? If you give them what they want, not what you want, then they will do what you’re asking them to do.
- Are you offering them something invaluable for the growth of their own SFI business in return for doing other activities or as they participate in other activities?
- Will participation of “other activities” help them master or get better with the A-Z of owning SFI business?
- Would it make a difference or impact the growth of their SFI business, if they participate in doing other activities?
If you can address all these points above and communicate them well to others, then you’ll most likely to succeed in motivating them to do other activities.
