Managing a large active downline could pose a big challenge for Team Leaders. SFI always emphasize that do not purchase PSAs if you’re not willing to provide quality support. As a sponsor of your new affiliates, you’re responsible for actively supporting them. Providing quality support to a large, active downline will be insurmountable and overwhelming.
I have around thousands of affiliates in my downline. Around 95 percent are inactive. Two percent are fully active and the rest are semi-active. This is manageable and giving personalized attention for everyone is not a formidable task.
How to manage a large, active downline and provide personalized attention for everyone?
- Select five most active affiliates in your downline
The first step is crucial. As a Team Leader, you’re starting to build team members, whom you can trust. You need to establish strong relationship with them. Your important resources are time and communication and SFI provides excellent communication tools which you can use.
- Train them in establishing, managing and building interpersonal relationship
Give your time and support as much as they need until they have the skills like you as their Team Leader. You can easily personalize your attention with your five most active affiliates. You have SFI support system and SFI tools and resources which you can use extensively to achieve this purpose.
- Use the Reassignment tool
As you continue to sponsor and grow your downline, identify new affiliates who are active. Start reassigning them under your first five. Now, this is where interpersonal skills take an important role to create new Team Leaders of similar qualities like you as their Team Leader.
These steps will be repeated as you keep sponsoring. A team member equipped with this important knowledge and skill will naturally find it easy to manage new affiliates, transfer his knowledge and skills to his downline, and create new Team Leaders of similar qualities as his own through the process of duplication. With these steps, you don’t need to worry about personalizing emails to thousands of your active downline.
