If this is your goal, then you will have to ignore all the free advertising and the ECA's that sell PSAs. You will have to interact with each recruit before you give them the join link. That means that you will have to contact them before they join. This is a very difficult thing to do. You would have to have your advertising point them to a page that pre-qualified them. I would estimate that you would lose over 90% of the people that made it to the qualification page, which might not be a bad thing as the 10% that are left might be serious.
I would counsel you to just go with the flow and work with those that join who show that they are interested, but also send out an email to everyone at least once a month.
Trying to pre-qualify each lead will involve a lot of work on your part. Working with the good leads once they have joined would be much easier.
