Communication between affiliates has never been easier. SFI has several ways in which it facilitates this. Starting with the Genealogy, this is a smart way to single out your "active" downlines and movers from those affiliates who are waiting to be pushed to work. From here you are able to collectively send one message to all your movers.
Your Movers List is another area where you are provided a snapshot of affiliates who are moving your team and theirs. This covers a more personalised approach as you are able to send E-Cards to your active downlines but if you have for eg 50 active affiliates, this would mean 50 E Cards. It is not difficult to do this but it will be time consuming. I would use this as one of the options when I have time at my disposal. This is a good way to motivate your downlines and ensure that they remain active.
Whitelisting email addresses becomes even more important as your team will expand and you can use this for messages you think are as urgent as they are important-though keep in mind that SFI also forwards general messages to all the affiliates especially if they are subscribed to the SFI News.
A more personalised approach would be to chat through SFIM but keep in mind that with the different time zones you may not be able to connect with all affiliates when you decide to. Skype, for me also remains a useful tool to rely on as you can discuss and leave messages for your affiliates when appropriate.
