Tell some personal stories that pertain to SFI in a fan page in Facebook. Invite all of your members to join Facebook and any other social media you are involved in yourself. Use these mediums to broadcast your success.
Write your weekly newsletters and acknowledge any accomplishment that anyone of your team made have made.
Be active, involved and available to any of those that request help, ask a question or respond to something that you have done.
Identify common problems, and send emails with suggestions to solutions for the problem to those you have identified.
Join SKYPE and invite them to SKYPE you, message you in any way they can.
Have a blog or other instrument outside of SFI that is pertinent to SFI material and information so that they can see that you are very active, involved and interested in their success in as many ways as possible.
Write your active people extra news items, and your inactivity people motivational items and from the Forum, AskSC and other places that identify even the smallest gain or success in SFI.
Don't be concerned that you are sending too much information. Just be sure that you contact everyone at least once a week. Make your newsletters interesting and short. Make your motivational items short and have pictures or some personal item that improves their knowledge or you and your ability to lead them in SFI.
