I would use the weekly team mail to provide information about the many different features SFI offers for training and compensation and then offer contests to reward those who check them out. For example, I shared the Fast Track benefits page with those who just joined and told them that I would add those who achieve Fast Track status to my co-op so they can begin building their teams. Be creative and customize your approach after finding out more about your affiliates. The more you know about your affiliates the better you can help them succeed.
