Since its two questions I will start with the first one.
Its a good thing to have active downlines but managing them is surely a different thing. Here:
1. To manage your large team you need to communicate with them, always be ready to give them your attention. Response to their mails and chat is very important in other to have a good relationships with them.
2. No active downline is too large to manage when there is teamwork. ensure you use your PSA reassigning tool adequately. Assuming you have a downline that includes 10STL, 20BTL, 50 BTL and hundreds dereds of affiliates, you can resign PSAs to the VERY SERIOUS Team leaders so there will be division of labour.
NB: No insensitive is lost on any affiliate you reasign as long as you remain a Team Leader yourself.
3. You may not have answers to all questions asked by your team but ensure you encourage them to be part of the Forum talks that relates to their questions as many affiliates with same challenge in the past will be there to help out.
Now to provide a personalized attention for them, here:
1. Use the geology. mail to send messages to team members
2. Use ecards for individual for a particular need or tips to encourage them.
3. Organize webinars for each levels of leaders in your team once in a month. For example
1st week for all PTLs and GTLs
2nd week for all STLs and BTLs
3rd week for all EA2s and Affiliates.
This way you have created a personalised attention for them.
4. Its good news with Follow the team leader in forum. Send the links of your posts in forum to them so they can read.
5. Setup contest in various level, this one personalised way of getting your teams attention.
So this way you will be able to manage your large active team and as well as getting their attention, I hope this helps.
