"Personalized" attention is defined differently by everyone. Some people who could be considered high maintenance type people would define personalized as a "hands on" approach where you are contacting them on a daily basis making sure they are doing well while those who are considered low maintenance can be satisfied with the weekly team mail message you send out. Since we are all unique, I would suggest that you keep a file with the names of your PSAs and CSAs and make notes so you can keep track of how they like to be helped. You could contact them individually to ask them how they prefer to be sponsored and that will give you some clues as far as whether they are high or low maintenance type people. Don't be afraid to mix it up and customize your approach because that is the best way to keep it personal.
