To manage a large and active downline, you need to:
1. Master the use of Genealogy Report. Genealogy report offers you the tool to manage a large active downline. It has 10 tabs you can use for sorting e.g Basic, VersaPoint, Sales etc. It has Filters to pull up subset of your downline e.g SFI ID, Sponsor ID, Versapoint (Total), VersaPoint (This Month) etc. There are also Secondary Filters and Quick Filters you can use to segment your downline into groups for appraisals, monitoring and messaging.
2. Develop message templates. You need to have pre-written answers to common affiliates questions or problems. You should have messages on Getting started, Essentials of SFI, Free and Paid Advertising methods and means, Compensation plan, TripleClicks etc. You send these messages to segmented affiliates through your genealogy.
You can ensure personalized attention to everyone by:
1. Asking for feed backs or questions in your periodic mail. This creates a platform for one-one coaching for your affiliates.
2. Responding personally to particular inquiries or confusion of your affiliates. You should not be sending your generalized message to personal and somewhat peculiar affiliate's inquiries.
3. Recognize each of their achievements by sending E-card to them.
Use of SMS and calls can be used when absolutely necessary.
