Thanks for this question.
If you have a large active down line it means every one in the Team is doing fine in SFI business. What else you will ask for?? As Sponsor or Co-Sponsor we should very happy about it.
SFI has provided us with many Tools like:
1. Movers
2. Group Mailer System
3. Genealogy
All these Tools will help us know who is active, who is regular and who is irregular and who is inactive, etc.
When the down line is very active, all we have to do is keep communicating with them regularly through:
1. Stream
2. Group Mailer System
3. E-Cards (For Tips/Greetings,etc)
We can also communicate with them through other means like personal Mail IDs, Social Media like Face Book, etc.
Where its essential a simple SMS will help. If the situation warrants a phone call will be of great support.
This way, the down line will be happy that they are regularly taken care by the Sponsor or Co-Sponsor & this will motivate them to do better continuously.
Its not mandatory that you should provide personalized attention for every one.
Focus should always be on weak links. We must provide the best of personalized attention on team members who are inactive, irregular, inconsistent, etc. Our aim should be to help them honestly so that they will also grow and succeed here.
When they succeed we also succeed. When they grow we also grow. When they earn we also earn.
Conclusion:
1. Please keep encouraging the large and active down line through regular communication so that they will continue to perform better.
2. Please keep a watch on inactive down line members and inspire them by paying your personalized attention. Offering of timely guidance, motivating through incentives, etc will help to some extent.
