If several affiliates are only interested in the daily to-do list that shows that the Sponsor or team leader has either not conveyed or partially conveyed the message highlighting the importance of other vital activities which provides growth and development to the affiliate. The deficiency or the negativity purely or solely lies on the part of the team leader only. It is his or her solemn duty and responsibility to highlight all the salient features of the SFI particularly the two main branches, advertising/marketing & selling and duplicating or sponsoring new affiliates.
There are other equally important tasks such as placing standing order or buying new member packs etcetera, but they come later on in the priority list.
Now, the Sponsor or the team leader as soon as he writes a welcome letter fully loaded with all the contends and requirements in it, he should not waste precious time to highlight all the salient features of SFI and the activities that all the new affiliates must undertake or indulge into. He must nudge or convince them to complete the task by remaining with them and supervising them apart from highlighting convincingly the importance of all other vital tasks that has to be performed by each and every affiliate for his own personal economic growth and development at a faster pace.
Once if all the affiliates learn the above things fully and get convinced by seeing all the inherent merits that are present in all other vital activities which are very much necessary to succeed economically, which ensures their economic or pecuniary stability and future lifelong limitless, then all of them would automatically would carry on regularly and at all times in the future.
Now when we come to convincing or motivating aspect, there are various ways and means or methods which a team leader can adopt under various circumstances according to the problem or issue or according to his taste and preference. The sole aim for the team leader is to somehow see that all the affiliates are motivated fully and are able to conduct their SFI business independently forever.
