There must be a business map to follow, not only for primary activities such as logging in every day and doing the red tabs. The affiliate must also have additional strategies such as the setting of workable and achievable objectives to be implemented each and every day as well. In short, one must have in place an ongoing business development strategy. The affiliate must get into the habit of thinking of these activities as career development processes, not as repetitive job activities.
It is important for the affiliate to set short term flexible goals, and of cause, measure the progression of these flexible goals as they move forward with building their perspective business units. The business development strategy should ideally, be centered on such activities as learning the specific processes related to the SFI platform, and the implementation of these processes, via Marketing and Advertising.
Given a structured sense of direction, I think the affiliate will do alright.
