I think none of us have the answer to that question. We are trying to develop our teams. We provide advertisements everywhere, some of us join friends and relatives, but there is no formula that will tell us which of our associates to be serious.
It is occurred to me that someone in whom I have placed my hope give up at the first obstacle. It is occurred to me that someone from whom I did not expect much, still works. It is occured to me that I good judge of associates. I've given the same chance to everyone. SFI has great affiliate program. Our job is to tell the truth to our associates, we introduce and explain the opportunities in the job. But nothing, absolutely nothing that we say, it can not persuade the lazy man to work.
I can only tell you how to recognize those who are not serious. They aren't trying, they are wailing and nagging. They always ask how much is the salary. Usually do what they want and do not listen to your advice. They shout sky is falling.
A serious affiliate answers your emails, listen to your advice, have questions and not expected to earn a million dollars a month. He or she plays t-time and other games.
