How to manage it with a personal touch?
First Invest time on your time. That active downline is worth its weight in gold. It is our primary goal to build such a large active SFI team. When we have one we can spend much of our time to keep it as it is.
The tools for an effective Management of a Large, Active Downline is at three levels: team work, communications and friendly competition among team members.
A. Team Work.
It is essential that we develop an effective team work to include any and every one of our active team. This will create a sense of belonging, unity with the team and the desire to strive and do the best one can.
B. Effective communication from top to bottom and forward.
It is important that the team leader is fully aware of questions that confront this team members, for him to be able to provide timely support.
C. Friendly competition.
Fortunately, SFI as built-in tools such as the regular contests team leaders organize to motivate their active affiliates.
If you apply the above tips, hopefully you will achieve great results.
