First and foremost, I suggest you find out from your team what they want in life. Then, tell them how SFI can help them with those goals. Then, ask them what they think they could do to make SFI work for them, and once you've gotten their answers, tell them yes that plan would work, or how they could tweak it. Once a clear path has been laid out, any one with the will and determination can succeed.
